Hi everyone, in this focus tutorial I’ll show how to paint wavy or curly overlapping fur. This very much relies on the right layering process. If top layers are added to soon the depth and realism with significantly suffer. The techniques demonstrated in this video can be transferred over to so many other fur textures.

Breaking the painting into layers and the various stages makes something like this less daunting and easier to work through.
